Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Built Ox Water Damage Pros services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Emergency Services

Our emergency water damage services are available 24/7/365. Emergency response times may vary based on:

• Weather conditions and road accessibility
• Severity and extent of damage
• Geographic location within our service area
• Current workload and available resources

Service Estimates

All service estimates are provided in good faith based on initial assessment. Final costs may vary based on:

• Extent of damage discovered during work
• Additional services required
• Materials and equipment needed
• Labor costs and time required

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• Emergency services may require upfront payment or insurance authorization
• Insurance claims: We work directly with your insurance company
• Out-of-pocket services: Payment due upon completion unless otherwise arranged
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Insurance Claims

While we assist with insurance claim processing, we cannot guarantee coverage or claim approval. Policyholders are responsible for understanding their insurance coverage and meeting policy requirements.

Liability Limitations

Built Ox Water Damage Pros shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or conditions
• Damage caused by customer delay in reporting
• Damage beyond our control (acts of God, etc.)
• Consequential or indirect damages

Warranty

We stand behind our work with appropriate warranties on materials and workmanship. Warranty terms will be provided in writing upon completion of services.

We primarily serve Utah County, including but not limited to:

• Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove
• Saratoga Springs, Eagle Mountain, Highland, Alpine
• Spanish Fork, Springville, Payson, Salem, Vineyard
• And surrounding Utah County areas
